It introduces the six critical focus areas that high-performing CEOs must master to lead effectively: Organisational Structure and Culture, Strategy Development and Execution, Building a High-Performing Senior Leadership Team, Ensuring Operational Excellence, Managing Key Strategic and Stakeholder Relationships, and Financial and Risk Management.

The CEO will create their own CEO Scorecard that aligns with their specific business context and additional responsibilities they may hold within the organisation.
